All my pain, in my heart, my head, my legs - all was gone and now i can put my leg behind my head and i never do sport befor. Last night I was feeling sick, as if coming down with a cold or something worse. I heard and chanted HARI OM until I felt asleep. This morning, I woke up earlier than usual and realized I was feeling much better, just a bit stuffy but that was all.
