Thanks for taking the time to make this video. This is a great radio. I only wish they made the GPS more useful by allowing it to transmit information in the form of a bearing and distance as opposed to complex coordinates. In the heat of the moment, ain't no one got no time for plotting stuff on a map.

The Ailunce-HD2 will be my next radio, I already own an Anytone-878UVII-Plus two Retevis-RT3S two Retevis-RT81, Retevis-RA685, Retevis-RB618 and one Uniden Scanner 😂 my little fleet. They are just amazing and DMR programming I learned it by myself, it's not easy at the beginning but if you are interested how it works you will find out and have fun.

Hi there, I have the Anytone 878 like it quite a bit. I also like the look of the Ailunce, the IP rating and price of the radio. I’m looking to standardize my setup with a couple of the same radios and like your review. Can the Anytone and the Ailunce communicate via SMS messaging? Also, does the Ailunce have encryption? Is the Ailunce a Part 90 radio or what we consider a commercial radio? Although I can navigate the Anytone programming software fine it is a bit cumbersome. I also don’t like that it only runs on windows. I guess if I were to get Ailunce would I be able to use both the Anytone and the Ailunce’s features together? Thanks so much.

Hi, good report. Just received an HD1 (2 weeks ago) and on any freq i press PTT the screen turns RED and says No Code, and when i receive the local repeaters signal the screen turns GREEN and says No Code! ALL THIS IN F.M. MODE and not DMR mode!!! ANY help would be very nice.

Hello, acquiring an Ailunce hd1, version v2.4/2023, and the "ber" of the radio has a very high deviation from 4.0 to 5.0. I can't download, even doing all the procedure on the pi star. I've heard other hams with the same problem. Does your Ailunce station have this problem, or have you heard about it?! Strong 73!
