Kolkata Doctor Case: BJP MP Sudhanshu Trivedi has condemned the West Bengal government's handling of the RG Kar Medical College incident, alleging that the reappointment of the college principal to another institution within 24 hours reflects governmental protection of the accused. Trivedi questioned Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s sympathy for the principal and criticized the delay in transferring the investigation to the CBI. He accused the INDI alliance parties of providing cover for criminal elements, comparing the situation to the Sandeshkhali incident.

Sometime back similar case happened for a lady doctor in Hyderabad as per newspaper reports... culprits nabbed....next day that enquiry, etc etc going on....
Only by giving immediate punishments, such culprits will not dare to do similarly
