Fiction or not, if these episodes are a plausible portrayal of Brits, one can only conclude they are all batshit crazy.

we all know hathaway will never get his own series but if he did they would most likely move him and transfer him to cambridge where he studied theology it would make more sense too than to keep him in oxford

After watching every episode of series Morse, Lewis and Endeavour and loving every single one, I wish they had done another Colin Dexter- inspired series 'Hathaway'with Laurence Fox.

Oh, I miss these drama's(Morse, Lewis, Endeavour). Watched them all over again, right from Morse Ep.1.
Fantastic British cerebral drama with great actors, plots, locations.
Who need trashy American landfill TV.
Watching 'Lewis' again, and remembering how good Laurence Fox was too, as classics/scholar/cop Hathaway.
I wish Fox hadn't gone all political in private life, and now we see him in minor background roles too much or on scratty political news channels?
Come back Laurence. Come back to great drama character, and escape corrupt politicians and their ideological bankruptcy.
