JoesGE.com is a pretty cool place (depending who you talk to it might be more than pretty cool. But hey, I'm just writing this down so that it says something down here, because that's more professional right?) and if you're still reading along at this point you might as well sit down and grab some popcorn because this is about to trail on about how we are this premiere repair service located in Washington State North of Seattle in basically the "Armpit of the US" near Mt Baker (Mt Baker has the world record for most snowfall at 1,140 inches in a season).

All this to basically say that we are all addicted to coffee and stay in the warehouse for ridiculously long hours in order to keep up with the demands of the youth for these two-sided head audio devices and speakers that float when you throw them in the ocean or in your bathtub to test if they actually float. On top of that, we do like it when less stuff ends up in landfills so we hoard everything on shelves with wheels so that we pollute less, it just sits in our warehouse losing molecules slowly over time degrading to become smaller and smaller.

If you are still reading at this point you deserve an award, or a high five, or something because you must either be the most patient person on the planet, or you read blogs frequently. And if the latter is the case, then this whole thing must seem pretty short so let's keep going.
We do some really interesting things here at JoesGE which are frequently documented in our sometimes weekly sometimes never vlogs.
Also, if you are wondering how we keep up with the demands of the people so well, its because 90% of the people that work here are all Russian around getting things done most of the time. Yes, that was a pun, you are welcome. We hope you have a pun-filled day, because who couldn't use a few laughs?

Just finished this repair. Very tedious job I’d never offer it. I work with cellphones so it was pretty straightforward. These headphones were recycled at my work and the right side was not working. I’ve tried in the past to repair the cable but they would never last. This time I just opted for replacing the whole cable and so far so good. My daughter is gonna be happy with them!

Thank you guys so much for making the video! I was the one who asked for help and I never would have thought someone would be nice enough to make a video for it.

Hey, thanks so much for the video! I was able to self-repair after my headphones were broken and out of warranty. The right side wasn't working and now it is 😁

Excellent video! I actually did it with zero soldering experience and it worked. Took me a couple hours but my beats are fixed. Thank you !

Lol, I watched your whole video patiently paying attention to the step by step process of getting the headphone fixed, and hey, it was worth every second, very well explained. Loved the things you wrote in the description too 😂. Thanks for the video, will try to fix my beats in the next few days and it will be extremely useful. 👍🏻

Thank you guys for this quite wonderful video! My beats solo 3 is not charging or turning on at all but working fine using the aux wire. Also, when i put it on the charger the charging lights don't turn on and it gets warm after 10-15 minutes, would give me a clue which part needs to be repaired??

I have 2 Beats Executives that have the same issue. Only one side works on each. Where can I send them to that does these exact models?

I have two headphones like these one is not working on the right side so I greatly appreciate this video. I will one day fix it because it has nothing wrong with it cosmetically

If there is no sound on the right side of the headphone, what do you suggest is the most likely problem? If wire replacement, which should I buy from you guys? Thanks. Just using the headphone jack. never tried bluetooth before.

My Solo 3 works fine but the indicator lights not working. Is this a easy fix?

1. What type of glue would you recommend to reapply on the electronic parts? One-component UV adhesive will be good and for it just a simple UV lamp for nails?
2. For reattaching the battery iPhone adhesive straps will be enough?

My rights side isn't working, but I don't know if it's the main wire or the 5-core wire. Can u help since I'm trying to DIY and not wasting money on something I don't need.

Thanks for the video mate. I just replaced the wires on my daughters headphones that wouldn't turn on at all. All good now. Much appreciated.

Thank you for making this video. I used it to figure out how to change the volume circle ring on the headphones.
