Recipe:
1. Place Chocolate Fingers around the tray
2. Crush a pack of digestive using a food processor
3. Place it into a bow and mix with 80g of melted butter
4. Place into the tin and press the base down firmly
5. In a bowl pour 300ml of double cream and whisk well
6. In the same bowl add in 500g of soft cheese, 120g of icing sugar and vanilla extract, then whisk
7. Melt some milk chocolate in the microwave and add to the mix, then incorporate them together
8. Spread the mix onto the base and refrigerate for at least 6h
9. Melt some more milk chocolate with double cream and pour onto the cheesecake
10. Add some mini Fingers for decoration and refrigerate for another couple of hours, then enjoy!
