This clown has to deal with spotlights as Monthly Bills?: Too tough to manage!
When the Beneficial logo appears on his hat, he uses his broom to clean up all of those bills until the spotlight is dark.
When the clown leaves, the Beneficial jingle plays:
At Beneficial (toot toot)
You’re good for more.
(TOOT TOOT)
