Smoked Bacon Wrapped Pimento Cheese Jalapeño Poppers

These Jalapeño Poppers were smoked on my Sam's Club pellet grill at 275 degrees. The Jalapeños were cut in half and the seeds were scraped out. Then they were stuffed with Sam's Club Gouda Pimento Cheese Dip and then wrapped in bacon and then placed in the smoker.

These turned out very nice. Pimento cheese is a great way to change up the classic Jalapeño Popper.
