Hiya Lady Stardust, how are you? Who does a dislike on an unboxing???
Pepe Tools look to have come up with a great one, Celtic Jewellery did a use video on one but I'm not sure if it was this one.
I brought what the seller called a full set of metal knitting needles and I use them in a battery drill, I wrap the 2cm coil in masking tape and cut by threading the blade down the middle of the coil and cut from the inside out against my bench peg. Is it bench peg or bench pin? I've cut quite a few like that but I always wanted a kit just like this... Durston make a high price version with the cutting trough working on I think four sides for different size rings. I would love to see a video comparing the two... come on Durston send Basia one of yours.
Pepe do make some great gear I just wish I could go and get it and not pay inport tax. Some say Durston over-engineer but I don't think so they just make it to last very many years.
