So I looked at the english lyrics for each song and here's the story I got from the album:
INTO YOU: They become lovers and for a time their union is blissful and beautiful.
TRUST ME(sephwoo):They are moving out of their "honeymoon phase" as their hidden sides and flaws they would show to no one begin to reveal. The boy has problems of his own but stubbornly hides them, and tells her not to worry about it cause "he's got it", while the girl starts to feel insecure when her boy isn't always in sync with her or sharing everything with her and is questioning him.
PUSH&PULL: The girl, tired of trying to figure out what's wrong, begins to become anxious, showing love to him one moment(pull) and lashing out on him the next(push). The boy expresses his frustration with this two-facedness. The girl tells us that the boy "stabbed her many times" probably meaning that she was offended many times by the boy, maybe cause he interacted with another girl a certain way(although the action gave off no intention of being untrue to his girl), didn't respond to his girl in the way she wanted, or didn't give all his attention to her. Her anger showing signs of being toxic. She never tells the boy why she is angry and the boy still refuses to tell her his personal problems. Its a game in which the loser either admits their grievances and flaws or submits to the other.
지니까(BECAUSE): The boy expresses his frustrations with the girl's actions and the girl tells him to back off still with the expectation that he will "come around" and at some point they will be back to normal, still not acknowledging the toxicness of her actions. She even decides to become even more controlling. Their relationship is deteriorating fast and the arguments are have reached their climax...both of them: *after all its the end, because its evil, its becoming harder to bear, don't bother me.*
YOU IN ME: The girl expresses her obsessions with the boy and shows her dominance over the him(she still doesn't realize the extent of it). The boy continues to express frustration and how both of their actions have gone too far and the couple is about to break apart because of it. The girl also shows a little bipolarness in this by going from a forboding *my love, you're mine, my everything, forever.* to a frustrated *i call you, you don't answer, i apologize, i know you're not serious, why do you keep pushing me away.* In the anger and stress, they break up.
TRUST ME(bmin): The biggest, most heated argument has ended with their breakup and the boy presumably leaves.After some time he is having flashbacks of her constantly saying "how was today, i missed you, i did a good job too" and expressing her anxieties with him. In this song the boy explains why he kept his problems from the girl and says that though their relationship has been going hell, he is determined to fix it with her. Perhaps he is going to go back to her and try to fix both of their broken selves and mend their relationship.
The story's kinda hopeless and sad.

First of all, KARD is so underrated it's unbelievable all their songs are bops every single one which is rare to have every song on the album at equal quality.
Secondly, push and pull is now a new favourite, first thing that came to me listening to it was "this is sooo something Lily aka superwoman would jam to!" 😂

This album: solid proof KARD is NOT just tropical house. Push & Pull could have been the single instead of You In Me. Hola Hola album was full of bops, but this album here is a full-on CONCEPT.

I was wondering why 'You In Me' was only the fifth track when it's the
title track of the Album and then I noticed something about how each
song is placed in the album. 'YOU & ME' actually describes a
relationship from begining to end!!
'INTO YOU' is the start of the "love story" when you get attracted to
someone,
'Trust Me' (J.seph and Jiwoo's version) describes the kind of trust you
want when you start a relationship with someone,
'Push & Pull' is about being lost in the middle of the relationship
when you don't really know what the other person wants,
'Because' portrays how this kind of behaviour is slowly draining the
relationship and more precisely the other,
'YOU IN ME' is the moment where the relationship is about to "die"
(which is why we see the boys cadaverous in the M/V) but the attraction
is still there and both parties don't want to let go of the other one,
so 'Trust Me' (BM and Somin's version) shows how one of the person
reflected on their behaviour and is trying to save the relationship and
make it better by asking for trust in doing so (different than the first
one).

This is actually a really great album and for group that's only debuted not even a yr ago. And they have 5 MV'S with 2 mini albums. Amazing. I'm so glad I knew them since Oh NaNa. They're going to be really big. They already are.
