We built our dream basement... (before we moved)

We cannot thank Panden Construction enough 🙏🏻 Hands down the best construction experience we've ever had.

Their team is incredible and the quality of work is second to none. The fact that we won't get to enjoy this basement makes us pretty sad ngl... but we are SO excited to use Panden again for our new home! :)

I'm so happy for your family! Why has anyone had issues with your move is crazy! It took us a year to find the right place to build. Where we are now was one of the first properties we saw, and I didn't feel it. We continued looking at properties and houses, and a couple of offers fell through. After a year of looking we came back to the property in PG and it felt like home! We have now been here 24 years, but there were times I felt we should have moved, but we just couldn't find anything that felt right! When you know you know and that is all that matters! Live your best lives and enjoy all that you can! I think it's awesome!

The bathrooms my favorite. Building a house is fun. I did it a few years ago and i had kept ideas and photos from my past places, rentals, houses, friends kitchens and baths esp. The next time you guys move, or add on, or whatever now you know some good sources. The second for me is the kiddie house. Once I changed my son's walk in closet to have a sliding foam core door from above, it became a secret playroom, another time I changed a wall crawl space that was 3 feet from the ground, into a space capsule, complete with program boards and reflective windows. Just keep having fun and enjoying life with the kids :)

You got the feels in your new home with the gorgeous views, closer to fam, the new kitchen, privacy, play room.... it feels like a no-brainer!!
