Music videos were still "relatively" in their infancy when this was shot... 1983. If there wasn't a big budget that added too... Glad you reacted to this one, truly a classic. I remember hearing this everywhere when I was a kid growing up in Brooklyn NY. When people had "boom" boxes. Going outside was a musical experience and connected me to other genres... jazz was the only genre played in my household as my father was a saxophonist.

Dennis Edwards is one of the temptations he left the group or he got fired but he wanted to do a solo career in 1983 and yes he was high when he filmed in music video siedah Garrett confirmed it the song was released in 1984...😂😂😂
