I appreciate your enthusiasm Numi, and always look forward to your videos. And although the reverse of this latest bit is very pleasant, I will confess that I really don't care for the onslaught of RM sovereign issues in the last 6 years or so. Just too many IMHO and have left me entirely cold & think that if they (the RM) have not already, might soon kill the golden goose.

I agree the reverse design is outstanding. This will be a classic special year design sovereign. Can’t wait to see the £2 and £5 versions.

Even on a half sovereign, the design is exquisite. Mine were ordered on release day from Chards and I've been informed I'll have to wait till next month. Chards are very good at vetting the proofs from the Royal Mint before accepting them.

Just had an email from the mint, my full sovereign will be delivered in APRIL!!!! I ordered beginning of November , never again

Excuse my ignorance but due to the half sovereign being a lower mintage than the full sovereign, will they be more desirable to collectors in the future more so than the full sovereign?

One day my 5 piece Sovereign from RM will turn up, hoping it will look amazing. The 1/2 Sov is looking special.

So many scrolls, at some point it becomes overkill does it not? Still I should have picked up the special 'alf sov proof. I was going to, a couple of dealers here were ordering them into Oz. But whatever. I'll get the full Sov in the bullion and it'll be lovely too, although one imagines that there will be no shortage of them minted.

I turned the volume up, as I couldn't hear you... then after video ended, it nearly blew my ears out .. with the sudden rise in volume 😅
Sovereign looks ok .. although not keen on the squatting lion ... Haven't got mine yet .. can't wait for the first King Charles coronation sovereign .... please Royal Mint .. make it a winner .. not a sinner ... 🙏
