Hi! I found a Designer dress that was missing the belt…so I took the dress with me to Michaels (or you could go to Hobby Lobby), and looked for ribbon that matched the dress.
And used that ribbon as the belt. Just make sure you mention (in the listing) that the original belt is missing and so this is a replacement belt. Ribbon is usually super cheap.
Definitely don’t pass up awesome items if the belt is missing. Especially if the thrift priced the item fairly low. And you will be shocked at how adorable the ribbon can be. Lots of plain ribbon at Michaels, but a lot of super pretty decorative ribbon and lace too!

I've sold Closed a couple of times and it sold well for me, however I have some skinny jeans by them that have sat forever, I couldn't pass them up at the bins.
I was so excited to find an Arc'teryx tunic the other day for $9.99 didn't even check comps, suprisingly the comps were terrible on that piece and there were a number listed with no interest. I returned them. I also had a pair of capris that I ended up consigning because they sat for so long with little interest even after lowering the price. I'll always pick up their jackets but not other things unless comps are good.
