My kitten is in her first heat and I am looking for ways to relax her. I found a hip, belly massage video with jazz, it was wonderful, I am surprised how much she allowed me to massage and told me how much she liked it (spreading out, then putting her paws on my chest, for example and nosing me kisses). She loves this, she is staying relaxed. More relaxed than relaxing harp, meditation music, or classical "for cats". I dig it and have ideas since I sang in a jazz band quintet for many years.
