Great review. Now imagine it with 390whp/415ft-lbs, 6700rpm redline, intake/BOV noise, 35% shorter shifts, and a tasteful growl from the Cobb exhaust. That’s what I’ve done to my ‘22 Premium and it’s a downright excellent driving experience. Total cost $31k for the new car and $4k in mods. It does 0-60 in 3.5s! Just bonkers value.

Just got mine 2 weeks ago. Haven’t drove manual in 13years. Took me a week to get back into the flow. Although, not TR, this review helped me make my decision. Thank you!

Just picked mine up last night (upgraded from 22 premium seen in my profile). Many small differences add up to such a good experience. Cross shopped many competitors but ultimately wanted a manual AWD fun car and nothing else got me excited or offered this much livability for a family guy with 3 kids. 🍻

Just bought a premium to replace my manual Crosstrek bc I wanted a little more power and performance and I have been absolutely loving it so far. Such a good compromise for a daily driver while still being fun to drive

One year with a limited. No regrets. Intake, cat back and tune really woke the car up. SoCal to Vegas and back Ave 30mpg.

Just picked up a 23 Limited 6MT in World Rally Blue. I love it, great DD while still being a reasonably practical family hauler. Can't beat the 1.9% financing on the leftover 23's either!

Your videos on the 22+wrx influenced me a lot to get one (premium trim). Thank you for your quality videos because you gave me all the info I needed to get an absolutely amazing car

Never seen Topher make so many videos on ONE car model. Love to see this thing! Keep it up!

Just picked up a TR two weeks ago. After owning a 2022 for a year, the improvements (larger master brake cylinder, chassis stiffening, and retuned steering) are noticeable and very welcomed. While the infotainment can still be slow sometimes, it is much better than it was with the updates. Brilliant car in all aspects in my opinion.

I had a base tune from Drunkmann on the 2022 as well. This car is an absolutely different animal with JUST a conservative OTS tune like DMann's OTS. No mods needed and its just enough to really wake the car up without pushing the motor or trans far at all.

I love how there is a lawn mower going in the background as you pop the hood.

That eyesight package would be so nice to have for roadtrips

Just what I needed at the start of my workday.

Huh they added eyesight and all the safety feature in this one, seems to be working pretty well!

The infotainment system just kills it for me, it’s too big and “modern” In my opinion. I wanna drive a car, not a computer on wheels

I own a premium trim of one of these wrxs and I LOVE it, but at the price of the TR with no power increase is insane.

I just got mine not even two weeks ago. Haven’t seen another TR in NC yet. It’s a great car. Nice review!

One thing I like about the controversial looks, and hate for lack of STI, is that it makes the WRX underrated. I drove my friend's 23 base, and it was such a mature lovely car. It feels a bit "older" than other new cars in a good way. The powerband is so linear, I was very impressed, after driving the GR Corolla where it felt a little peaky, and jerky on and off throttle. Videos show this WRX passing the previous STI in a roll, and the engine is understressed in the VB. This car punches way above its weight, just wish it was a hatch :)

This matters for so many reasons. Rather have a manual than an automatic. It’s more involving and fun!

Yessss. Been waiting for a 2024. Just reserved a premium!

I don't like how they put the huge screen in the WRX, but don't provide customization of the center differential or drive modes.
