How to start a 2021 Ford F-150 with dead key fob battery

Dead key fob? No problem!

To get into the truck, there is an emergency physical key is inside the key fob.

To start your Ford F-150, remove the bottom cup holder liner to reveal the key fob slot (which cup holder changes depending on the model year so you may have to check both). Insert the key fob into the slot, press the brake, and push the start button. If it doesn't start, try flipping the key fob end over end.
