AmaLee has such a distinct voice for certain characters she portrays that I immediately identify them as the "AmaLee character" whenever I see/hear them, even if it's in subbed.

Like, we are all aware how differently she voices Jingliu in HSR....but if the devs were to make a goofier version of her, we would just imagine the Monarch personality come out.

To be fair, knowing The Scuff Queen, there's a very real chance she actually forgot she voiced in something and legitimately had to look herself up.

I mean, we're talking about a woman who accidentally commissioned lood art of herself and forgot about it.

If you watch her streams, I guarantee she legitimately forgot. The number of times she has been reminded by chat or friends/fellow VAs about album anniversaries, shows she's voiced in, characters she played - it's honestly hilarious, and laughs are always had. She's made jokes about how bad her memory is multiple times lol

AmaLee would certainly go 'I'm not really sure, ' but CyYu knows off the top of his head. CyYu would probably _remind_ AmaLee what she's voiced in, too. But I feel like a lot of Mihoyo's EN VAs would go 'have I voiced in this?'

Honestly voice acting is such a cool job because if you didn't know that the person you were talking to was a voice actor, a lot of people wouldn't even know that they were big roles in games, commercials, animated series, and more. It's one of the reasons why I love voice acting so much.

I'm again reminded how many of us started out making animemusicvideos, pairing some of our favorite shows to music, then abridging shows, then redrawing or custom animating, leading to getting picked up for official Voice Acting or Animation Roles. Its awesome

I love how AmaLee is practically a big name in VA now, but she's still very chill and down to earth

She also uses her VA given priviledges for her friends sometimes, like she invited a certain Demon who really loves One Piece, and has quite some history with Oda, into a big premiere for the Film Red

Amalee is in *_EVERYTHING, _* man. I haven't seen "A Place Farther than the Universe, " but I've heard it's amazing and I didn't know that Amalee voiced in it until reading up a Crunchyroll article about it a while back.
(Also... Is the dub even out now lol? It's been several months since the dub's announcement and I still haven't come across it.)

AmaLee is so prevalent, she's even done vocals for people's songs! The example that comes to mind being Porter Robinson's "Fellow Feeling" (of which I only found out AmaLee's association AFTER her debut and it was really surreal)

CyYu also voiced Trebol from One Piece, which is easily one of his least flattering roles.
Edit: I'm glad that a lot of people are learning this info from me but I have a confession. I don't even watch One Piece or read it. I just knew about it because I watched one of CyYu's and Monarch's Smash, Marry, Kill - typeVODS where it was brought up.

Tbf that woman has the CRAZIEST RANGE I’ve heard from a voice actor in a while, from rupee to that new woman in HSR. I wouldn’t be surprised if she actually genuinely forgets a lot of her roles cuz how many she acts😂
