So here's my hot take.

I think John doesn't trust A.I because of what happened to Cortana, whom she looks almost identical to and is a constant reminder of his failure 1) save her in the 4rth game, and 2) delete/destroy in the events of the game.

I think Weapon is actually Cortana in disguise.

I love how pissed she got when she was gonna be deleted and all the sarcastic comments that came after 😂 Like when he fought the monitor again, “HE. HAS. FRIENDS.” Like an ex rubbing it in that they aren’t together no more 🤣

just so much in this one that gives me huge nostalgia for sacred icon and quarantine zone with the arbiter slide callback and the gondola looking so close to the one at the end of quarantine zone

I feel like this game needs a leveling up system with as much killing you have to do. And some challenges like "get 100 grapple hook kills". i hope those are still a thing

18:24 THAT is why making AI human is such a stupid idea! making jokes, trying to befriend soldiers on the field being privy to emotions, it's what gets good soldiers killed.

All this sentimental spew the AI is giving Jhon is clearly hindering with he's mental state with bringing up memories and making him hesitant emotionally, just shut up and let him work!

The Chief's voice became a bit soft after that vision with Cortana haha.

Back in my Halo golden Elites used to be Feared and defeated with strategy and a shit load of grenades. And the 2nd monitor it's so sad seeing an AI from the forerunner times being treated as a joke.
