For me the hardest thing is rhythm and strumming. I can pick out note for note, but as soon as I strum I just start fumbling.

I want to thank you. I recently picked up a guitar and your videos, tips and encouragement have made it a very pleasurable experience. It's amazing to play something familiar right away. My wife is a musician and we can now play together ( I do the simple parts lol).

Thanks Lee, great advice. I always try to just have fun playing, it makes learning so much easier. Maybe you could do a lesson or two on combining the major & minor pentatonic scales.
