After the fast consume fluids or fruits rich in water. then have khajur, apricots, raisins, and figs. It will be sweet as rich in fiber to avoid constipation
fasting can cause muscle loss so have good proteins in the diet.
Focus on eating healthy meals along with feasts to get well-nourished and hydrated.

consume more proteins at iftar and more carbs at suhoor. drink enough of water at suhoor.
