I accidentally got this bug to happen on the PBE yesterday, I had infinite rerolls for my first game of the day and I was so confused

Wow this is actually pretty neat. I was leveling a Neeko only account and wanted the BE from the champ shard you get from a mission so I can buy more rune pages, but didn't wanna get other champ's mastery, so knowing this actually let me queue and confidently just reroll for Neeko so I can complete the mission!

Spaghetti code. I believe it is checking the number of rerolls after initializing ARAM lobby for the first time.
If you dodge the first lobby, does the bug still work?

I've been playing for 10 years now, and I have never seen 10 rerolls. It's the only game mode I play.
