Finding Nemo: Noesis GHG addon exporting it to dae 100% works the bones than blender, needs fixing

i tried doing it in blender but doesn't work with the ghg addon and it only works in noesis i made this ghg addon in noesis myself, i got all the correct bones correctly and i'm planning it to port it to pc with this as well, once i get this fix, i'm going to do more of this in like for example an ani importer in noesis that's if i can get it 100% working
