Everything is right in this video except layoffs. There was a huge layoff happened in 2014. All of them were having 10+ years experience. No private company can assure you 100% job security, but still TCS stands out from all other competitors in job security.

Getting release from the project is very difficult in TCS. If they are releasing themself it's easy, but if you want to move yourself for technical growth they won't give you a release...

As a fresher, TCS is a very good organisation to build our skills and keep learning new things.Then, if you have a good project then that is a jackpot for you😎😎 TCS gives a good and satisfied package for the people If they join a TCS with 5 or 7+ years of exp definitely you love to do a job there. Lastly the Job Security, no other company will not give the confirmation on this but TCS will give🤗🤗

As a fresher, I'm bps role in my perspective if you have any query they will definitely help you and you can gain knowledge there is more opportunity. There is no pressure based on project but main disadvantage is salary there is no more increment but you can change the role definitely you can earn

waiting from last 1 month_TCS( Date_of_joining ), if you have no backup for 1 or 2 months then do not switch your job to TCS, there is no any fix joining Date it is taking too much time

Bro I got POL in TCS BPS, now I recently graduated and I got one arrear in theory paper and I applied for instant exam. What will they do, either they will provide time to clear or they will expel me. I will clear it in 1 and half months. Tell a solution.

I got selected in TCS xplore for graduate trainee role.
The joining date is 18 August 2022.
Due to document submission verification is late, my joining date is rescheduled without telling the date of new joining.
More than 8 months i am waiting for new joining letter.
