Great information, as usual, on EDDM postage rates. Makes sense to get the Postal Permit if doing more than one EDDM per year as it can be paid for with the first mailing. How long does the process usually take to obtain the permit?

What do you recommend for a dog walking service to send EDDM to 4 towns (4 post offices)? All are close and happy to drive it should take me 1 hour tops.
