Doren ne xhep William Burns, aside from being very experienced and smart, is a decent man. When you meet someone, you don't look at their feet or hands; you have to look at their facial expression. William Burns shows warmth and respect, like a father figure to a young son. I would bet anything that William Burns and most Americans like Albin Kurti because he is a decent man who loves his country very much and is not as corrupt as other politicians in Kosovo. Kosovars are lucky to have him as a leader.
