Looking sharper with each heavy bag video! I have two questions. 1) Is it safe to say your favorite punch is the left hook? 2) How come you do not fully extend your jabs and straight punches (T-Rex arms as K. Thurman puts it, haha)?  

I know when I shorten my straight punch it is because it is easier to land the left hook. Otherwise it is full extension.
