Theory: A villain (maybe Drex) goes crazy on swell view and starts anarchy. considering kid danger isn't indestructible, he could have died in an explosion, causing his mask to fly away onto the ground and burn up, also, maybe the reason Ray says "kid where are you?" is because he possibly got hit by Ultra-Gamma-Light (like in the Season 4 episode: "diamonds are for heather" like if you think its a possible theory.(you don't have to)

Here's my theory:

Henry's mask falling could indicate that he was on a helicopter with Ray but exploded, but as we all know Ray is indestructable and Henry isn't so he could have died.

Another theory of mine:

Another reason why Heney's mask is falling could mean that Henry and Ray saw Swellview and they transformed a few minutes before taking off. But, a villain from the show or crossovers shot the Mancopter and we all know Ray is indestructable (as stated in the first theory). Ray survives and is looking for Henry close to where the mask is falling and that is why we here Ray say, "Kid, where are you?"

I was sad that there wasn’t a real fire, but the ripped mask, Mount Swellview on fire, it must have been when the blimp hit and kid danger "died”

Here's a theory (not a full one but it's a start). So first off there is some huge villain who is either returning or is introduced, that is super powerful and is hard to stop. There leads to a huge battle between Henry and said villain. Henry loses (for now) and is left wherever the fight takes place. Meanwhile Henry's family is worried and has no idea where he is this leading to Piper telling them Henry's secret to calm them down. This info then spreads to the news somehow (probably cause his parents can't keep a secret)and then the whole world knows about Henry. Henry then finds out about his exposure and goes into hiding either from villains or from shame from losing to the villain, this leads to the words of Captain Man "kid where are you?"
