In general, Indians treat waiters, air hostess, janitors like servants. It is true. They are humans, they should be respected. Juste because their job asks them to serve you doesnt mean they are slaves to act as per your needs.
Shes says her crew was disrespected and they are crying. So we can imagine what might have happened

What had happen between crying crew member and this passenger No one shows the video.

By due respect Though rescue colleague girl try to saw she is calm playing down her voice but she had angered and tone of her voice is harsh.

By texture and tone of passenger is senior citizen in 50's ???

If you don't get food pre ordered or not (is in question) still anyone will get annoyed empty stomach would ask or exchange words. Don't take it heart if its senior citizen

The rescue playing brave girl in question would have complaint about passenger's behaviour and after landing would have dealt with the drama.

Some Air CEO back up her behaviour but it's your fault you should have customer crew complaint redressal window. What's camera technology for just minting money don't wanna spend on safety security of crew or passengers.

The passenger should not speak rude with Airhostess in the plane. They are doing their duties. Whatever happened the company will take action against the airhostess but what about the rude passengers

It is very clear...you want specific food you order in advance. If not, order what is available. I am sure this man eats whatever hos wife throws in his plate with his mouth shut 🤣. Such passengers should be banned from travel
