Oh I’m afraid to update. My last security update wiped out all my screens. Everything gone..apps and widgets, , ..everything from my screens. T-Mobile and Samsung were useless. Others had the issue as well. I tried a home screen restore, , , didn’t work. I had to rebuild it all. What a pain. Now afraid to do any other updates.

They need to start allowing bootloader unlock on these since when they stop updating them the person spending over a grand can still service it.

A few years ago, I just had a talk with the Samsung Employee. The Employee said that if the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 being force update to One UI 3, it will caused a lot of unexpected bugs.

Would be really nice if Samsung would give the note 9 the one ui 3.0 update. Didn't Samsung say somewhere they would give updates for 3 years. If the Note 9 came out in 2018, then 3 years would go till 2021. Why doesn't the Note 9 get the update? It is a great device that deserves a longer life. Samsung, please provide the update.

In the Samsung members app you got a message when a phone or tablet gets the one ui 3.0 android 11 update! I have the A70 and I get it in may 2021
