I went as far as looking at an older hotel in Brooklyn to convert to a multi business office center. Basically it was to be our new East Coast HQ for our small family of businesses. After a week in Brooklyn, 1 mugging, constant panhandling and watching people flood into the stores that I was in to pick up food and supplies and walk out without paying I realized that this is what I could expect for my businesses…yeah, no thanks. Florida is cheaper and is interested in protecting citizens and businesses.. We’ve landed there and spent less than the 6 million in rent in the first year and are already cash positive and crime free
