I just purchased the BluMe pro and followed your advice on the LDAC setting and was really surprised at how much better it sounded. Thank you for the video.

Two thumbs-up 10:21 so does it outperform your Audioengine B1?

I recently got the XDuoo XQ-50 Pro 2. A very similar unit that also has the display and LDAC. Good to know what codec is being streamed, and it is almost half the price. Works flawlessly with my Samsung A71 and Amazon HD music.

Analog Out would be the Receiver side and this device should be labled Audio In.

@breakerbroke23 - Do you have a preference between the Audio Engine vs BluMe Pro ? My use case is using this with a Peloton and Tonal in my exercise room, feeding into my amplifier to use the in-ceiling speakers.

I couldn't fight the urge and bought a Dayton Audio WBA31 HI-FI streamer. I use an ethernet connection to stream lossless Hi-Fi audio using an optical connection to my Schiit Modi 3+ DAC. The only difference I hear is that the optical output of the Auris BluMeHD bluetooth receiver adds an artificial (but very natural sounding) treble boost. It still sounds very good, but streaming lossless Hi-Fi with the Dayton Audio WBA31 sounds exactly like a CD.

I now only use the Auris BluMe HD receiver is listen to online radio stations. It does have a smooth sound, very similar to HD Radio using the analog output.

What is its coaxial digital output spec?

44.1khz/ 24 bit is the maximum format output via playing from Bluetooth? So while playing Apple music one can play lossless format through this device but not the Hi res ?

So can we get Hi res output through this device in DSD / WMV / Flac format files run through laptop and its usb connection? What maximum hight res format this unit supports? Also can I use my Iphone via usb connected to this device instead of Bluetooth and listen to hi res track available on apple music?

Thanks for the video

How about the soundstage by BluMe Pro?

Doesn't the phone you're streaming from have to support the aptx, ldac, etc codecs? I have a Samsung A12 and the only Bluetooth codec it supports is sbc, or does this unit upsample the Bluetooth sbc codec and outputs in the form of aptx, ldac, etc? Thank you.

Could I pair multiple devices to Auris Blume Pro at same time?

How do I get my BlueME PRO to display 96kHZ/24 bit using an Apple Iphone/Ipad - the most I get is 44.1kHz

I'm really interested in this unit. Does it sound as good as the ifi Zen Blue using LDAC? I like that this one is powered by USB, I really have no room for a giant wall wart.

Does this have a battery built in or it has to be constantly plugged in with a 5v 1a adapter?

Would you recommend this over the iFi zen blue v2? I just watched this review and now I’m torn in between the two. Is there a difference in sound quality?
