Fun fact -
General akthan hussain malik was reportedly dismissed by the Pakistani hq owing to he being a ahemadi general which the Pakistani establishment didn't liked and they wanted a sunni general to take charge . That's why they are said to have replaced him .

this change of command was a mystery un till now., However it has now being revealed that US ambassador to Pakistan went to the Ayub office and warned him of dire consequences if Akhnoor fell because it would have opened the door to further advancement by the Pak Army.

In whole 65 war pakistan lauched 2 armoured thrust . The first one( 6th armoured division thrust in chamb ) stalled the second one(pak 1 armoured division ) was badly maulled in battle of asal uttar.

India launched 1 in sialkot . It made huge mistakes but was still capable to launch more offensive untill ceasefire happened
