Cheesecake Recipe:
tools-
9in springform pan
aluminum foil
mixer (hand or stand)
measuring cups
ziplock bag
rolling pin

Crust:
1 1/2 cup (12oz) gram crackers crushed up
3 Tblsp granulated sugar
1/4 cup (2oz) butter or margarine melted

Filling:
4 (8oz) packages cream cheese
1 cup (8oz) granulated sugar
1tsp vanilla
4 eggs
