When I bought my home it was an abandoned house in the countryside and I got it for $30, 000 through a private sale using lawyers. My lawyer immediately asked me if I was going to burn down the house and collect the insurance.

I did not do that because that's not the type of person I am, but it sounds like that's the type of person whoever bought this building is
Now they will not have to evict anyone. They will not have to go through all kinds of rigmarole to tear down the building at the cost of their own expense.

Now the insurance will be tearing down the building and giving them money and they can rebuild a nice big skyrise there with hundreds and hundreds or more apartments
