Being an introvert, I'd say that being alone most of the time allows me to work independently on myself and take decisions accurately, instead of mixing with other toxic people. It seems to be productive in my case.

That’s me 100%. I have let go of a lot of friendships of people who wish to be close to me, and I am social, but when I work on creating art, comics, anime, businesses, I disappear, because I work best in solitude. I don’t need attention or need to be around or surrounded by people giving me praise or distractions. My social circle is small.

I've been an introvert most of my life but last year when I got my 1st apartment I was grinding both physically, creatively & mentally.
I used my living room as a gym and I went from 261lbs to currently 181lbs (my goal is to hit 170lbs).

I got dumbbells, weighted gloves, weight bench & now a treadmill.

Working on projects for my comeback on social media when the time is right and to help me stay focus I've been on semen retention so I can continue on my goals and have great energy.

I’m the most highly introverted person I know. I am not afraid to admit that I used to use it as an excuse to be shy, anxious, and socially inept, but I came out of my shell a long time ago and got rid of all of that. While I still much prefer to be alone, I will talk to people as I need to. I have even made a friend who is the most extroverted man I know, my opposite, and yet we know we have each other’s backs no matter what.
