She says women dont get equal pay😂. The wage gap is a myth that has been debunked many times. Most men literally work the most dangerous jobs, which is more pay. While most women prefer to work in a office with conditioner. It's by a women choice is why she gets less money than other people. For one, women are agreeable, so they won't argue that much to get a raise. Two, they get pregnant and take maternity leave. Three men tend to work harder, while the women want to go out of town on vacation most of the time. Four women don't have the capacity to do jobs like construction because physically and mentally they are not strong as men.

The former of the used for Equal Pay was them picking women out that made less gross than men by picking out women who didn't work as many hours, did not work dangerous and uncomfortable jobs. This calculation gross was then broken down hourly, but the report they picked out was not hourly because it would show no difference so they picked gross income but that's based on the individual's work ethic decision
