You'll never have any issues with the windows, I'd rather have base model windows that way they'll always go up and they'll always come down electric ones are not guaranteed

Yeah except the handles are plastic..and the cog they wrap around is metal..wears out over time and needs to replace the handle. Happened to me.

Honestly I prefer manual windows.
The motors on my patriot 2008 limited edition was really bad to the point that anytime I would blast my stock sterio Boston acoustics which was really loud and sounded upgraded but was original to the limited edition all the power windows would get stuck going up halfways.
I would have to turn the sterio off just to reset the brain memory on the jeep for it to work and roll up again. This sucks.
I got me a 2014 patriot and has the same problems but with the door locks.
But let me explain something,
For some reason I have always and still will love patriots no matter what because they are fit for me and they look awesome.
You do have to make upgrades and modifications to it of course to look sick!
These jeeps altered are vicious looking!

I feel like having to manually roll down the window will be a thing of the past in about 20 more years. Everything is automatic this and automatic that now.

all jeep compass and patriot's use the same parts XD.even the radios.Just get the antitheft code XD they either have a 6 speed automatic or cvt(stay away from the cvt) i prefer the 2.4
