When Whoopi announced Anna as a permanent host I was ok that’s cool about time but then Anna comes out and explains what’s she really gonna do I was confused because I was like ok nothing has changed then lol It was all kinda wired in my opinion. I am thrilled! I love all of the ladies. Sunny and Ana are probably my favorites.
I respect that they are both very wise, not afraid to call a duck a duck and make great arguments against the hypocrisy and injustices in society, especially within politics.
It is hard to argue against facts and these two ladies do their homework and stand up for all Americans and foreigners' rights.
It's the most commendable thing to see those who have money never lose their relatability and continue to fight for those who are not as well off.

I think naming it as a permanent host is important. Yes it is for the optics, not for the function. But sometimes keep saying Ana is a guest host. contributor etc. is also not really reflective the truth of her role in the View. As audience is already identified her as part of the team anyway. Just like when people work on a job for many years for a company but their official status still being only as a temp staff instead of a permanent staff of a company also didn't sit right for me.

Plus the title change was needed. This is what she was going. She’ll appear on promos like the rest of the ladies.
