0007: Vitreous in the anterior chamber - what next

This is a case of an elderly patient who was referred after a fall. They were referred by their optometrist with vitreous in the anterior chamber and a raised intraocular pressure. They had cataract surgery over 20 years ago. There was no evidence of IOL dislocation. How would you manage this patient?
