I do the same with my eggs taking out one egg yolkmakes a big difference! I add a scoop of protein powder to my greek Yougurt and i stopped counting calories and now i just count fat grams.. Than you Amy i love all your videos i been watching for years now❤

Parboiled rice is actually better for your blood sugar as it doesn’t cause a high spike like brown and white rice does.

Gosh all that food prep inspires me to do better! It all looked so good! Way to go sticking to your health journey. So good for your sweet one too to start him out that way. My boys are grown and I wished I did better for them.

Hey Girl. You are speaking my language 🤗 Meal prepping and being an "ingredient snob" (I love that) has been a gamechanger for me. Like you, I'm always looking for low calorie recipes that are packed with flavor. I'm very big on a good satisfying healthy breakfast to start my day and break the fast and a good healthy unch. Those are my 2 meals for the day (I rarely eat dinner. With my schedule I prefer to cut my food intake on the early side to make sure I fully digest before bed). My calorie deficit accounts for a light snack either a granny apple (fun fact, it's an appetite suppressant), plain yogurt with honey or a couple of persian cucumbers with red onions. Cucumbers are my fav. Tfs the link to the beekeepers spray. I follow holistic methods and this is a great natural reco. Can't wait to see episode #2. Yeah. You go girl! The cooking/food videos you do are always perfection. I dont even eat eggs or bacon and you could probably serve them to me and I'd eat them because you make this look so delicious. 😂🤣😅

Have you done an exercise video or work out video? I'm asking cause I know I have missed a lot of content lately. If not, then that's your routine? Protein really doesn't need to be added to a huge increase that people say unless you're weightlifting - it's just empty protein otherwise so make sure you're not just overloading. I had to learn a lot about food and how it affects the body when I was diagnosed with my chronic illness in end stages so that I could try to gain a little bit of mobility back. Regardless, you do you, boo! You're looking fab and rocking the content.
