I just got my replacement card and they will not let me activate it.  I have 1000.00 in the account so tomorrow I will go to walmart and demand my money back and yell it to the top of my lungs in the store.. I will be evicted tomorrow so I will be in my RV in the Walmart parking lot with my generator running all night long.  I WILL squat in their parking lot till they do something.

I was waiting for the block on my debit card to be removed for about a month. The account was blocked because I disputed several unauthorized charges on my account totaling about $140. After over a month of waiting the removed the block on my account and said that I would be receiving a new card in the mail. It's been a month and a half and I still can use my card and haven't received a new card. I am out a total of $280

This company should be investigated and shutdown. I used one of their cards at a hotel and because it doesn't have a name on it they can't use it. The hotel refunded the money back on the card and 2 1/2 weeks later still no refund. Called and said I have documented proof that they refunded the money back and I wanted it and they said I would have to wait until July 1. Totally ridiculous to take advantage of people in this way. Will never use this card again.

I purchased a Green Dot Visa Debit card at Walgreens on 3/5/20 at a little after 5:30pm, at the time of the purchase the cashier forced me to load the card. The packaging says you fill it and use right away, no where on the packaging did it say that I needed to give up my social security number in order to spend my money. I couldn't get in touch with anyone at Green Dot without entering my social security number, so I returned to Walgreen and management said give up the social security number or forfeit my $300. I filed charges with BBB
