It also records you if you drink water while driving wether it’s from a cup with a straw or a water bottle and according to lytx it’s a violation

They are recording 24/7. Lytx does nothing but try to get safe professional drivers fired for small infractions.

It states clearly in the directions it is constantly recording. Basically corporate predators can now legally stalk and monitor you whenever they want. They can also harass and single you out with little to no proof of doing so.
