I've been anticipating a playable demo of this mod for what feels like over a year now

It's a shame that I hear so many fans nowadays saying this game was never good, when it easily gave us some top tier music (original and remixed) and THE MOST unique environments in the series. The wisps may have overstayed their welcome now, but here it was a creative way of giving Sonic access to new and old moves for shortcuts, allowing the game to maintain complexity, even with a simplified control scheme for the Wii Remote. It BELONGS in the conversation when people talk about the boost games. Especially because it's the one mainline boost game that actually makes the boost a resource that needs to be managed for effective use. Colors IS a good game.

This mod looks incredible. And THIS is what I call Ultimate version. AND THANK YOU THAT SONIC MODEL AND HIS EYES AREN'T SHINY ANYMORE. I can't wait for full release. Wonderful job for the creator.

The sad thing is the release of Ultimate had all the original files from colors still had disc. They had the ability to redo the cutscenes but instead just AI upscaled lmao.
