once you chop your samples and create a programs do you use the same process as far as changing the root note to match the key of the sample?

hey bro how do i get my sample to play infinitely once i make it a key group? trying to get my bass samples to play longer but they’re playing too short.

So how accurate is it? cause I use mixinkey n hornets key finder and a lot of times it gives me a different key and not even the relevant key just a wrong key in general. Sometimes idk which key to use from the 3 smh
