In rohailkhand and most of up college they ask for 8:04 25 lakh fees and 10lakh more every year in name of clinical training more over 5 lakh security and 3.5 lakh hostel most plus 2lakh exam fees which make it 40lakh yearly even in non minorities and that with not even one single patient coming to hospital very poor conditions and harassment in name of passing the university exam
