What if you don't have audio guide

Hi WorldTech. I have had my ONN Blast 2.0 for about 2yrs connected to my Phillips Roku. The talk back has suddenly come on. I do NOT have Audio Guide. I hit Home, Settings, Accessibility, but NO Audio Guide. Please help if you can this is awful. It even talks over the live TV for a few seconds. Thank you

My latest ROKU update eliminated the AUDIO GUIDE under ACCESSIBILITY;
you now will go to "SCREEN READER" and toggle ON/OFF

For those of you who are stressing because you can’t find audio guide they changed the name to screen reader so just go to screen reader and turn it off or on I recommend off 😂
Edit:yw guys and if you still can’t find it I’ll check it out but if you said you couldn’t find it and then eventually found it please let me no so I don’t look stupid

When I turn on the onn soundbar, it announces in a very loud voice "power on." Then it says, "HDMI."
When I turn it off, it announces in a very loud voice, "Power Off." This announcement ONLY happens when I turn on or off the TV and it's loud enough to wake the dead.

It's not "Audio Guidance" because it has nothing else to say (I checked, Audio Guidance is turned off).
It only talks to me when I turn it on and when I turn it off.

How do I turn off this announcement?
