It’s not all medical - I would like to have heard Anna (at least briefly) discuss the emotional side of making decisions about feeding tubes.
Do doctors really care about patients and families? Some do and some don’t in my experience - all should.
That said; this is a good explanation, with data to back it up for patients, family members and providers facing these issues.

87 advanced Parkinson’s dementia patient, having trouble swallowing and the 1 day doctor wanted to put in Pegtube. We decided against and to continue to work on swallowing and speech therapy. Thank you for your video and sharing your research.

My friends daughter, who has special needs, has had a placement of a NGtube and has been receiving her formula through this, in the beginning of her lower dosage of feedings everything seemed to be going well, as they upped her intake consumption she started to have heavy sweats during her feeds, face going pale didn’t look good does anyone have an answer to why this is happening ? Please share thank you 🙏
