Very good. Not getting the fence from Logan, but instead using the fence from my hand driven Pro Saw. Which already has the scale on it.

Does this item work on a 12 inch miter saw? And do you just sell the scale separate?

This guy doesn't use the saw correctly. You aren't supposed to bring the blade back up until after the blade has stopped spinning completely. Failure to do so could cause the moulding to splinter was you are bringing the blade back up.

Ridiculous on the face of it. Your measurement lines are 3/32" thick, which will allow for a 3/8" deviation overall with four corners. Nobody can place a piece of wood exactly in the same place 4 times just eyeballing a line. A real woodworker would use stop blocks and cut both ends of each corresponding side or top/bottom at the same time.
