Day1: squat and deadlift day.
The workout program is to do top single in squat and back off sets. I did 172.5kgs for top single and did some single pause deadlift at 180kgs. In new program, we will train for top single and do other exercise, its structured program by my coach. Only 5 weeks are left for WPC nationals, so will focus on building strength and performing on platform. we will build from here.
